Default Cobra Fi2000R Closed Loop?

Okay, I read the great little article in this month's American Rider and was just about to pull the trigger on a Cobra Fi2000R for my '07 Heritage whenI saw that there was two different models. The first is the Fi2000R ($216 at Real Hog) and the other is a "new" Fi2000R Closed Loop ($243). Here's the problem, when you view the information about the Fi2000R on the Cobra site itlists the Closed Loop (part #692-1607CL) as the only option, but then when you click the link to choose the proper model for your bikeit gives you both the CL and the original model. I'm assuming the CL model is the newest so it will more likely have the latest upgrades. Other than that, any reason to choose the CL over the other model?

I believe that the closed loop system is the correct one
as you have o2 sensors on your 07 Heritage.
