T/Max uses wide band sensors unlike stock that uses narrow band. The sensors themselves do not cause the "heat" problem, it's caused by the lean mixture required by the Feds inorder to pass emissions. The T/Max o2 sensors are slightly longer than stock, so make sure that the exhaust system you use will allow room for the longer sensors.

I for one also like the Terry's Component Terminal VelocityII EFI tuners.It is a closed loop system that automatically adjusts the air fuel ratio over a hundread times a second. And best of allno downloads or dynoing is needed. And the tuner adjusts the computer if any other engine mods are added automatically.
