It's a download into your ECM when you put on an aftermarket A/C and exhaust.

It means Screamin' Eagel Race Tuner (SERT). The complete name is Screamin' Eagle Pro EFI Race Tuner.

Regards,

Javi

Hi Basher, don't know what bike you have, but the SERT is only of any use for the fuel injected models. With the emissions and noise issues in the UK (Euro III crap), the dealers may be reluctant to fit an SERT on a new bike, but you should be OK on an older one - if you wanted it. The PCIII (Power commander) does the same - and probably a better job.

A SERT is not the actual download, but is actually a tuner that is installed on your bike that you download information to. It remaps the way your bike uses fuel to solve issues that arise with adding an intake, pipes, etc. I have one, and now need a dyno. I am starting to think I should have saved some cash and went with a feul pak since it is a lot cheaper and I doubt I will be boring the engine or anything like that.
