08 heritage softail classic
Ordered my bike aug 12 wanted the two tone crimson/candy red.was told it would be in late sept now i here late oct early nov.is their a shortage of these ? or is the dealer just messin with me.

It seems that any model bike that involves the color or colors of the two red sunglo's has a wait.... I ordered a Road Glide on July 19th and I just got a ship date of Oct 3, the first "general" date was the first week of Sept., then Sept. 28 th (today) then the latest... but I'm holding on ..... thank God for my FXSTI !!!!!!

We just got back from a ride today and stopped in at a HD dealer to look at a new bike. The only Heritage on the floor was in this color. It was an '08 model and sure looked good. We both got on it and the wife did not like the feel of the rear seat so that would have to be changed. We are going to get one but she wants a blue one so we are going to look around some more.
