They are 14's on the stock springer risers.The springer risers are 4 -1/2 tall I believe. I was gonna run 18s with shorter risers but would have run into clearance issues with the tank.The Springer is a different animal as far as mounting height and riser spread ( as you probably already know). I love the bars. They came out at the perfect height for me and are really comfortable( no more pinched neck and sore lower back from being hunched over).

I did the install myself. It's not that difficult.The hardest part was fishing all the wires through the bars do to their tight bend at the bottom.If your handy at all I say go for it.A manual helps as well.
