The oem deluxe bars, to me, are in fact sort of "beachy." They make the Nostalgia a little more Nostalgic!

Interesting. I started the post and must concur. HD did a great job on putting the Deluxe together.

I have beach bars and love them. I rode a buddy's new deluxe and I realized then just how much better I like the beach bars. But it is all about what fits you. Any other opinions are really worthless as you are different. It is what fits you, not us.

SWitched over the the Heritage bars and riser. Much more comfortable for the wife to ride. Stock was too far for her to reach properly. She was so streched that she hated to ride. Heritage bars alllow her to ride all day

I just got the Chubby 504's delivered yesterday which I will put on this winter, along with Kuryakyn ISO's.The bars are much heavier, thicker, and definitely looks better when you hold them up to the stock bars. In fact, I got a great deal on the Chubby's. Go to thier website, and checkout the closeouts. I saved $50..

I changed my handlebars to the Chrome Touring part # 56557-95---a little more rise and pullback, much more comfortable for me.
