Not sure about the fatboys but the pipe setup on FATBOYUSA's picture won't work. The saddlebag guards usually bolt to the top of the frame where the chrome extension for the rear fender is and the bottom bolts in behind the passenger footpeg...uses the same mounting hole.
If your pipes run under the passenger footpeg then there shouldn't be any problem. The best way to double check is measure a set of guards that are already on a Heritage Softail. The guards for a Heritage are smaller in width than the Heritage Springer guards which are wider to accomodate the wider bags.
