I know you can put forward controls on a fatboy.....so I dont see why not. I am putting a set of forward controls off a night train on my 07 fatboy. You will have to have a few new parts like a brake line and maybe some different linkage, but nothing major.
You can sure do it. The only issue you may have is with the fender hitting and this depends on the FC's themselves. There is stock length, +1,+2" available. I tried stock billet controls on my Heritage and ended up changing to a Fat Boy fender for clearance.
Yup! One of my mates has them on his... but don't go the 2" extension ones as they WILL hit the back of the front fender! Only hard bit (and it ain't that hard) is running and bleeding the rear brakes... the rest is just real basic bolting on if your order all the right bits. email ronnie@lewiscustomcycles.com , I am sure he will be able to help you out with that info...

nice scoot dmac, I'd had gotten a fatty if they came with rims that nice. didn't wanna fork out the dough for a new scoot and then trade the wheels though. anyways, good look

There was even a +3 kit from Arlen Ness not long ago, check it out.
Thanks dude.... yeah I think the rocker C is proving that if you ship a bike with a lot of the most popular mods already done it will be a big seller... Althought the rocker C is a few thousand more than a fatboy, with what I have spent on forward controls, lowering, wheels etc etc it has cost me WAY more for the fatboy... having said that, at least mine looks like no other I have seen (as is the case with most of the people on here) because we ARE kinda forced to customise our bikes....
Having said that, I don't know why they can't give you an option on things like wheels etc etc... it is a shame to waste a perfectly good set of wheels and tyres (yup, that's how we spell it here) that have only done a couple of thousand kilometres just to upgrade to another set when they could have done this in house... Harley does need a way better selection of custom wheels though and I guess if you only make 4 or 5 different kinds, they can't be considered custom anyway....
It is scary how much we pay for bike wheels compared to how cheap car ones are of similar quality... I guess there is a lot to be said for supply and demand and mass production.

I put forward controls off of an 07 Standard on my 07 Fatboy. Easy to do. Everything worked perfect. I did not have to changemy brake line or shift linkage.
Damn... how tall would you need to be to have those on?? I am 6 feet tall and find the standard reach forward controls fine...
