Default 2008 exhaust

i have an 08 night train, its currently at the dealer for some work. Wanted Paul Yafe X Pipes, dealer said they dont make them for 08's yet, but they do have 2007's. Said they are different? Dont both have sensors? Wouldnt same exhaust fit 2007 and 2008 models w/ 96 inch motor? Dealer has the pipes there now I ordered, they called and said they dont fit.

07 V&H fit 08s... so should the Yaffes.

What are you gonna do to make up for all the lost power though?

The dealer, kosco in Nj said the X pipe wont work because there is no space for the sensor. Said I will have engine trouble light on. supertrapp, who distributes the pipe says its not true, that bikewill alsorun as stock. Said they have sold hundreds for 07 and 08 with no problem. Hmmm... Now Im stuck in the middle! They are my 1st choice in pipes, my secondisVand H short shot staggered. (much less expensive also)

Think there will be much lost power with the yaffe x pipe?
anyone have them and have any advice/opinions?
