Default 2005 Deluxe pricing

I have been looking for a late model Deluxe for the wife. The used market is few and far between. The dealer just called and said they have someone interested in selling his deluxe directly to me. nothing for the dealer-other than to sell him a new Street Glide.

2005 Deluxe, Lava Red, SE Slip ons, Stage 1, fuel injected, download-no PCIII, windshield, Deluxe saddlebags, and back rest. Needs a new rear tire, 8500 miles. The guy says he wants $15,500 firm.

I like to know, for those knowledgeable, what you think of this price.

thanks in advance

I have a neighbor that hasone for sale that has 1800 miles on it and a bunch of chrome. He is looking to get $13,500 or best offer for it. He switched to a RK so it is just sitting in the garage collecting dust. I think he was agoing to throw it up on Craigs List to get it out of the garage. It is also Lava Red. Let me know is you want me to email you his info. Bike is located in Waterford, MI.

Kinda high. I bought mine stock, with apes for 14K and 3000 miles.
