RE: Keeping the bars, but want new pull-back risers
Talked to Badlands they cannot make what you want as the risers are not made fat enough to admit a larger hole safely. HOWEVER THEY GAVE ME A CONTACT THAT MAY BE ABLE TO HELP. PARAMOUNT @ 775 -324-2445 ASK FOR MARK GREEN AND SAY YOU WERE REFFERED BY BADLANDS

Wow, that's great Rockerhead! I will give them a call and reference Badlands! Thank you very much.
I'll let you know what they say.
RE: Keeping the bars, but want new pull-back risers
I also used the pullback risers for a Softail Deluxe...
Believe they are 4 inches long, and give me a perfect riding position. Allow me to kind of 'lean back' in my normal riding position, and they are very comfortable.
Stock cables worked perfectly, nothing had to be changed.
Here are a couple of pictures to give you an idea of how they look.

Looks great! I don't think I need more than 2" more height and 2" pull back. Glad to hear that your stock cables were enough.
I'd take the 1" pull back that shows on eBay (from wallyn), but right in the add for them it says: "Fit any handlbars that have a 1” diameter in the clamping area".......which is no good for me. The '08 Fatboy bars are 1 1/4" diameter in the clamp area.
I had no idea that I was getting into such a challenge for a new set of risers. I was thinking to myself that for a hundred bucks (or so) I could change my riding position a bit.

I spoke with Mark Green (who is very nice) and he passed me along to a fellow named Robby who is with Alloy Art in Glendora, CA. We might be getting somewhere now.
I am waiting to hear back from Alloy Art, but fearful that a"Custom" made pull-back riser will be similar to anything that gets Harley Davidson stamped into it; meaning it will be expensive.

RE: Keeping the bars, but want new pull-back risers
checkout the 2004-05 Screamin' Eagle Deuce risers, they are for 1 1/4" handlebars, pullback is about 2" and the rise about 6".
you need to have the dealer look them up in their parts catalog, the part numberis with the 1 1/4" Deuce handlebars.
