I was wondering what the widest 180 tire out there is?
Like you already know, I just purchased the heartlandBiker
fender, strut, seat combo. I was planning to put a 200 tire
on my Deuce but after all my calculations, I'll only be left
with 1/8 inch from the screws that hold the fender to the edge
of the tire. With a 180 I should get at least 3/8 which is much
safer. The tire I'm thinking of is the Metz 180/55vr18. Any
suggestions will be appreciated.

Avon 180/55 ZR18 its 7.5" wide roughly. Make sure you grab the "ZR" tire. Avon also has a V-Rod 180 tire thats about a half inch thinner.

Hey Mega
I currently have a Metz 90/90 on the front. Is it bad
to mix companies or should it be fine?

It will be fine. The big rule never to break is never to run a front radial tire with a rear bias. You can run a rear radial with a front bias though, and you can mix brands.
