Another vote for the Rush slip-ons. I didn't like either the slashouts or slashdowns so went with the Rush slip-on with thechangeable tips. Sounds great with a unique look.

Hey tk353 the stock heat shields are working for you? I did not put the heat shields on and the pipes definately pump off some heat....

The slash out will pizz the car alarms off more than the slash downs.

Like everything else it's just a personal choice, but I don't see where the 'slash out' pipesspoil the clean lines of the bike.

When I got my bike, the dealer told me that with theopening pointed down that the blackened inside of the tailpipe wouldn't show, thus leaving a nice clean look. With the opening facing out, you would be able to see the build up on the inside of the pipe and he felt that it wouldn't look as nice. I went with the slash downs, but to each his own.
