Default 05 springer classic uncomfortable!

A few months ago i purchased a 2005 springer classicand i love it....EXCEPT for the stock seat. I am 6'1' and the stock seat is not too friendly for taller riders. I have looked at HD's tallboy seats, but does any one else have any suggestions for comfortable yet stylish seating for us tall guys? thanks!

I didn't like the stock seat on my '05 either. Went with a Saddlemen Renegade II and love it. It's shaped far better then stock imo. I also added 2 inch ness extensions to my floorboards for some extra legroom. I'm 6' / 34" inseam and I'm very comfortable with my setup. Check out my gallery for some pics of the seat. I think it compliments the "classic" design nicely. I added the conchos myself just to let you know. I believe the seat comes in plain or studded.

I have an 06 Springer Classic and have various seats the one I use for the long haul or touring around is the Fatboy Tallboy seat, looks a little odd but if you ever actualy sat on it and went for a ride that would be all she wrote. It sets you up 2in and back 3 in and I have Kuryakyn footboard mount highway pegs, the room I have is phenominal and the tallboy seat has some serious paddin! I have let a few people sit upon it and some are at the local dealer. To date 6 people have since went out and bought the tallboy seat for their own bike because of the room and comfort it achieves on the bike. I am 6'4" and 220 lbs with a 35" inseamwhen I use my tallboy seat I have to move the highwayfootpegs so I can reach them! There is also a Tallboy deluxe version and both are a direct bolt on to the Springer Classic. It isnt the coolest looking seat but it is the most comfortable and functional for the the tall rider. Give it a try you will be suprised!
