No problems with the locals here. Most want to take pictures with you, more so when you get a groop of Harley together. Glad you all like the video. I will make a better one after it wars up again!
HD lobbist arecurrently putting pressure on Bush, so he, can pressureJapan into importing moreHD into the country.
Imagine if HD exporter as many bikes as the US permits into this country.
Go figure, the value offair trade.
I was planning to make a Shimoda run this Fall but it didn't work out...maybe next Spring.
Japanese love Harleys. I'd say most of them think Harleys are cooler than Japanese bikes. They pay silly prices for Harley stuff over here, 2x or 3x stateside prices for gear and accessories.
Nice Japan pics; wish I had my bike while there (02-06), but it wouldn't have been my Fat Bob, so no regrets here. I assume you were stationed there? Where/When? I agree about Japanese & Harleys. Saw plenty of dressers while I was there ridden by older riders. Had a HD shop just down the main highway from where i lived (Camp Zama). They love quality as much as we do. Merry Christmas!

Hey all! I made this Video from pictures I shot all around japan while I was riding my Harley. Thought I would share. This link goes to you tube. Hope you like em!
I am stationed at Camp Zama, but I live on Sagamihara. I work for the Commissary. Japan is just an all around great place to be stationed. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
I worked up at the airfield, blackhawk maintenance pilot. I miss old Zama, do you ride with any of the contract maintenance guys up at Dyncorp at the airfield, you know, Rat, Rick? Wish I could be there with my Fat Bob and do some riding with you all. One of these days I hope to live there again.
