SO I could make them fit with the purchase of 2 shiny polished pretty brake rotors?? Or is it a total pain? Ive been lookin and a pair just came on ebay today but they are 2000, and mines a 95.. Thanks again .. I found this article, but hell, Im running a 150 right now...

The Fatboy rear wheel changed in 2000 to include the new press fit sealed bearing (2.050" OD of bearing). The offset of the rear wheel (relationship of tire position to rotor and pulley) remained the same. In 2003, Harley changed the offset of the rear wheel by 3/32" (the position of the tire was moved over towards the rotor to allow for the 150 Dunlop tire). This doesn't sound like much, but it is enough to cause some problems.Because of this change, the rear wheel is not completely universal. You can put a 2003 and later rim onto a 2000 - 2002 bike (assuming it is using a 130 tire and has not had the wide tire kit installed), but not the reverse. If you put a 00 - 02 wheel onto a 03 and later, and you use the stock 150 tire, the tire could rub.

If you have a 99 bike and 00 wheels, use all the spacers(including inner) and bearings and rotors off the 00.

I believe you will only need new spacers on the front wheel as the axle size is the same. The pre 2000 fwheels ahve Timkin bearings as opposed to sealed bearings as well. I put my front rotor on a pre 2000 wheel without a problem. Fit right on. As far as the rear you seem to have all the answers already.
