Hey
I have a question for all yall about exhausts. As you can see, Im presently running the HD SE 16 ga pipes, they look good and sound good as well. But I have to admit, I like the look of dual exhausts om baggers very well. My question is, have any of you gone to dual exhausts? if so, what type and results did you get. Finally, any pics would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance for all replies
On a Dyno you will see some low to mid torque loss, but you will probably never know it to ride it. Just make sure you have the right map for your PCIII and youll be just fine. Probably will never know the differance performance wise. Sound may be a different story.
Well if you use fishtail ends on the pipes they will sound alot different. Dont know if you have heard any fishtail pipes, but you probably should before you buy that style. The sound being different though, will probably be lower tone and maybe a little quieter, given the new pipe length will probably be about double of what your current configuration is.
Thanks.............I dont figure to use the fishtails.......I like the slash cut style. Im still looking to see what is out there...I had thought id seen a Heritage posted on here once with the conversion done, but I cant find the post now......lol.
