Default RE: floating roters

Floating rotors are good for a few things. They dont warp as easily as a standard rotor, the look cool, they wont squeek as much, and they will provide a little better breaking power (although it is probably not noticeable). Having standard rotors Vs. the floating ones isnt a big deal. The difference in stoping power will be minimal at best, but paired with better break pads (lyndell, or EBC organic) or better calipers will provide you the best results. If your looking to switch out your roters for better breaking, then its not going to be worth the money in my opinion, but if you need new rotors, then by all means, they arnt really that much more expensive then the non floating, and if you have any problems with break squeek, the floating rotors should take care of it.
