I'd change the oil tank, move the liscence plate to the swingarm and either drop the rear of the tank or raise the front. I'd also add a wide glide front end and much beefier triple trees.

Actually I like the looks of it, not sure I would want to ride on the floating seat. the only change would be to make the folding seat a backrest as well.

Exhaust and seat would have to go first thing. After that I'd be thinking a springer front end and a tank lift.
