Does anyone know of a Cat eye or Old style dash mount that will work on "06 Springer using existing speedometer, ignition switch, and lights? Any suggestions or help is appreciated. Want to have dash like the '40s-'50s style..................Thanks for any info........., MGB
Yeah Number 5, I did check it out...........it's not available yet?? I was thinking of one that looks more like the original on the '40s style bike. If I can't find one, I'll end up with the CrossBones' Dash. Thanks!
I have been wanting a cateye dash as long as I've had my bike. \\; I've looked all over, \\;and nobody makes one for the modern one piece gas tanks (which I find shocking). \\; They are all for old two piece fat bob tanks. \\; The crossbones dash is the closest that I have found. \\; I have considered modifying an old one to fit, but that could wind up being a \\;major project, so I'll probably get a Crossbones one just to get it done and get rid of the blocky stock one.
How is it not avalible? It a guy needs one for his Cross Bones what do they do? Say we dont have any. There is a part # somewhere. Its like a parts guy told be you cant buy a black springer. I said ok what if a Cross Bones gets into a wreak and needs one. He said then we order one. I said ok then I can get one. He said O well I guess you could.  \\; Make the parts guy do his jib.
I bit the bullet earlier today and ordered the Crossbones dash to put on my bike. It was about $300. I'll let you guys know how the install goes, and of course I'll post pics.
