I have been unhappy with the Fat Boy bars I’ve been running for a while now and searching for just the right bars to replace them. They were 1-1/4” bars with the cables run internally and I want to not only stay with that dia. But they had to be chrome to match all the chrome on the front end. The stainless bars took on a yellow cast next to the other chrome. I finally settled on these bars that I first saw on a Screaming Eagle Fat Boy. They are Short Beach bars from the MoCo with a tach that is mounted inside the top of the riser. I wasn’t sure how I was going to like it and was a bit nervous as it is an expensive proposition but I like it a lot and everyone that has seen it today has been impressed. I rode it today to try it out and enjoyed it as it is the first tach I’ve had on a Harley. At 5,500rpm a little light comes on to tell me the motor is running as fast as it wants to so shift. Another first for me to have a shift indicator. The bars on the other hand being so low, have taken some getting used to but I think after I get a hundred miles or so with them I’ll like them. Anyway, here are some pictures with my new sig. How do ya’ll like the set-up? Marsh
