Do you mean the 16 gauge double barrel? If so they are awsume. I've heard a few wives say they are too loud but I think they have a great sound just put a set on my Night train. They have a real good balance system to keep the pony's up there. And I was told Vance and Hinse makes them for Harley. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is what I was told.
i was told the same thing reguarding the 16 guage, but the price is higher for those than the v&h big shots so why not go for v&h

I was looking at exhausts a couple months back, and the dealer was kind enough to start up some bikes for me.
I don't care for the SEs', and neither did my dealer.
I like the V-H Big Shots better. Same look, same maker, different animal. The SE 16s' have a huge connecting chamber at the end of the pipe, which makes them sound exactly like a 2 into 1.
I have heard both of these pipes side by side at the same time, and the V-H are louder but very pronounced. I would bet the SE's perform better, but I would rather have that nasty HD sound.
JMO.
SE2s are the bomb. The V&H are also great - more money. I personaly like the SE2s better. The SE2s have a little less volume, but a slightly deeper low end - I have noticed. The SE2s are very loud. I have set off many a car alarm - and that always makes me feel good : )
i have the se 16 gage.thought i wanted louder so i put v& h big shot baffles in.when right ear actually hurt going between buildinds on main st. i figured my ears were more important than a really loud bike. stock baffles are now back in. also was getting ringing in ear which sometimes never goes away, luckily mine did.
Ok, I have an 06 Softail Deluxe and am confused about which SE II's I should order. The HD SE Catalog shows SE PRO. Can someone tell me which part number I need to order. Everyone I look at says it soes not fit the 05 FLSTN ??
se2s are slip ons.the 16gauge double barrel are a complete ex system. there 529.00 new ,i would wait till your dealer is havinf a 20% off sale, usually this time of year.as far as part # just tell dealer what you want.
