08fxstb,
didn't get to tell you in the NT forum, those pipes look wicked man.
nice choice must have cost you some green.
Hey thanks story808, Yeah they definetly weren't cheap, but I told the wife it was a birthday present from her to me. Worked for her, so it worked for me. The T-max and SEa/cshe didn't know about until it came in. I got out of it though.
Has any one used the Big City Baffles in the VH Short shots? How loud are the standard baffles, I guess thats all relative.
My wife likes to ride, so I have two questions, on the VH SS, rear peg foot placement, and exhaust on that peg, as in sitting in traffic. How loud are they, well, have to see when we get them on and go from there.
Thanks for all the info. Were is the forum dedicated to the NT?
POPS28, what did you use for license plate barcket, any pics?
Ahhh....well, this thread is int he "softail" section.....look towards the top of the softail section and you will see "Night Train Pictures"...that would be the thread we're talking about.
To your other question...I have the Short Shots and there's no issue with the passenger pegs at all. Now, everybody's definition of "loud" is different.
Thanks man, is that were most NT's be? This is a great forum, have learned a lot in just a short time. Sold my 79 Vette for the NT, cant wait to do some mods....Got tired of sitting in parking lot, seeing the same cars. Convinced wife we need a bike, after I borrowed a buds Fat Boy and went to Myrtle Beach Bike week.
We have gone on a few great rides already, cant wait for the weather to break. Thanks again.
