Nice bike. I was at the dealer yesterday and was checking out the Fat Bob, Street Bob and Night Train.I was down to these three and then I saw the Cross Bones in person. The dealer had taken off the stock spring seat and installedwhat looked to me to be a stock Night Train seat. What a difference this made looks and comfort wise. Anyways, just thoughtI would ask, what pipes are availiable out therefor the Cross Bones? I read through Vance & Hines (my preference) and did not see anything there listed for the Cross Bones as of yet. I didn't expect this since the bike only came out like 10 days ago.
I of course agree with the choice of pipes! They look good on the Bones. I was at my dealer yesterday and the Rocker I had ordered and canceled was still there, and quite frankly it looked soooooo plastic it was undeliverable, I mean unbelievable. On the other hand there was a Cross Bones being assembeled in the back and was allready SOLD. I would hope that "C" model of the Rocker looks better in person than the "Rocker". That Cross Bones looks real good on first glance and gets better the longer you look at it. YOU BE STYLIN DUDE!
Looks good. I want to check out the seat on one of those and then see if they are going to be available for sale, other than on that one model. It might just look good on my Springer.
Nice Bike, pipes are perfect for it. Your height is probably perfect for that bike, I am 5'8 and it was too high for me. Enjoy. it would be cool to black out the spokes.
