replacement seat for fxst
want to replace the stock seat my wife is saying she wants to ride with me but you know how that goes. i want some thing low profile yet able to do longer runs on it. has anyone used those sidekick saddles from harley? any advice would be appreceiated.

nice looking seat. i saw the saddleman king seat and was considering something along that line.the wife wants somthing comfortable and this looks the best so far.

My wife is what I call "pain intolarent". It's eather to hot or to cold or to long or to short . Get the idea. She's a good egg and never bitches about what I spend on my bike so I try to work with her. There are better looking 2 up seats but none I have found that is as comfortable as this for her. We put in over 500 miles this summer going to San ANTONIO a day and she did fine. Then when you get back remove the rear seat and your good to go to local hang out and profile. Ha!

I have a Sundowner seat that I put on the middle of last summer and love it. I am able to ride pretty much all day with comfort. My wife likes the seat but she is not interested in riding a lot with me. She has only been on the bike twice. I think the big question is how much riding your wife plans on doing? Good luck.
