So after some frustation I finally got the Z-bars installed. Running the wires internally was a tremendous hassle!
I also cut the 6" NT risers down to 3" and reused them.
I couldn't find grips that I liked in time to go for a weekend ride so I installed a pair of Renthal dirt bike grips that I had laying around. Getting grips made for 7/8th inch bars on a throttle tube made for 1 inch bars was as fun as wiring the bars!
I'm just glad that they are finally on. I wasn't sure if the wires were going to go through after getting them stuck in the bars a couple times. Sheesh what a PIA!!!
