I'm sure this is already somewhere on the forum but we all know the search function is broken so I apologize for any repetition.
I need a new battery for my 95 Heritage and I'm wondering what batteries (beside the ridiculously expensive Harley ones) you have had success with.

You will not find anything much cheaper, the aftermarket sealed batt. is close in price to the HD.
The HD works great and fits perfect, dont risk the "f__K" factor. You can get it at any HD dealer.
The high end aftermarket batteries are very expensive and hard to find.

 

HD batteries about 10bucks more expensive.. and will fit ur bike and have the correct terminals...

I suggest not wasting your time/money with aftermarket ones.. at least the 2 I have tried..

 

The HD batteries are hard to beat. The original one out of my 2000 still passes a load test with flying colors.
