Want to know if anyone else put them on and if they went with different length cables? Did you need to extend the control wiring?
I know, I know.... mock them up and check to see what you need. But I have chrome controls and switches in hand, and the bars are on order. I want to order the chrome cables and lines today or tomorow so I can have all the parts together to do the install by the end of the week.
I put them on my train and yes I had to extend the wiring and get new cables, but the train has the shortest cables and wiring of all the softails I think.
I don't think that you have to extend the cables for that bike and bars, but if you had to, then talk to the guys at hdbikeparts.com. They have always gave me good advise and the can tell you if you need to by cables or not.
