congrats!! Post when you have a chance to get dialed into the bike. I'd be interested in how comfortable the seat is. I'm seriously thinking about putting on my 07' Deluxe for that vintage look. but, comfort is a big factor though...

I've had mine 2 weeks now, and I have managed to put 1000 miles on it (west coast weather). The transmission is shifting way smoother now, no clunk into first unless you rush it and the engine isgetting smoother. Before it would seem to vibrate a lot in 6th at 70mph, now it is better. No mods, except for heated grips (nostalgia version of course) and the detachable rack. I am looking forward to taking some trips on this thing. Anyone want to buy a used BMW1200GS???

Well, I have a bones, and can't imagine another seat being more comfortable than this one. I've been on a few of my buddies bikes and nothing comes close to this big *** thing.. lol.. I love the look too though... Call me crazy..
