Is the smart siren worth it ($) or is it just more noise

I have the siren and the pageron my 06 FLSTCI and it gives me a little peace of mind. I like it because the siren and transmitter functions will continue to operate even if the wires are cut or the vehicle battery is disconnected. I've stayed in a lot of motels while on trips and I'd sure hate to come out and find the bike gone if I didn't have the system on my bike. At least with the security system installed I have a chance to catch them or deter them.

I have the smart siren II also, but without thepager, If someone messes with the bike I figure the noise will at least draw more attention than the flashing lights.

I have the Smart Siren II with pager for my bikes. Every little bit of protection helps IMO.

mine is equipped with security. Never got around to install the chirper. Plan on it one day.

I installed the siren on mine, sans the pager (for now). As mentioned before, the noise might help deter.
No one cares about a car alarm, but one on a bike IMHO is a completely different concern.
