07 08 Fatboy front wheel

Does anyone know if the front wheel for the 2008 Fatboy is the same as the 2007 Fatboy? My 2007 has offset forks and I wanted to install 08 forks. I know the spacers are different.

I don't know all the costs to incur on this but I wonder if it would be cheaper to purchase a new bike on trade. I forgot the reason they did this but there was a reason, something about the final drive. Mike

OK the answer. Harley screwed up and when they made the front tire wider they measured from the one side to the other instead of starting in the middle. If you check the 08 model they corrected this error. Harley claims it has no effect but my front tire was scalloped on one side and i had to replace it when it still had tread.
