Fat Boy Question. Actually several if I may being brand new.
Hi! I just got my license and will be renting a Fat Boy this Sunday.
1) The handlebars I understand are "giant bare knuckle risers". What is that?
2) All the bikes at the HD dealership where rented and there was a waiting list but the Fat Boy was available. Why do u think?
3) Being brand new (1st time renting), is the Fat Boy one I should not start out on?
I am nervous about renting my 1st time although I did VERY VERY in class.
THANK YOU in advance for your advice.

Congrats on the license! Fatboy is a sweet bike, I know I have one!!
1) not sure, but risers means its up more than the bars would normally be.. bare knuckle most likely means ur knuckles are forward into the wind when gripping the bars
2) well Fattys are popular... try to rent a forward control bike. like the Deuce and then the floorboard fatty...
..... I mean I just got done putting forward controls on my fatty (heh)
3)Fatboy is a nice bike to start on and finish on enjoy the ride
being nervous is good, but paying attention to how you ride, your bike and surrounding environment even better than good :P have fun
