this may be the wrong section for this but here goes.i have an 06 night train and the polished rear wheel looks bad.i used never dull and its a little cloudy.is there anything better to use on it? i also wanted to see if anyone has a price on the black rear wheel 200mm tire.
Hey bud try the detaling section. I found some good stuff in there. When I had solid discs on my Fatboy I was considering a Flitz, or Mothers' Powerball. Ended up getting spokes. Now these SOB's are hard to clean. [:@]
I have a solid polished rear wheel. I use flitz and a motherspowerball.... do the same you won't be disappointed. I could never get it to shine by hand the way the flitz does.
the nice thing about flitz is it's not acid based and the more you use it on them the better the buildup becomes. Water just rolls right off.
i wanted the black wheel but that didnt happen so im considering going with it now.or have someone remove my wheel and have it powder coated i dont know how to remove it or prices on that stuff.im going to try the flitz stuff first where would you find that ive seen the mini powerball but never flitz.
You have to order it from online. I got my first tube at a bike show and tried it first... have ordered it by the can ever since. I use the paste metal polish. Also, a little of this goes a long way.
