I had noticed somewhere on a website where a Heritage had it's back rest removed and a solo seat put on and the bike looked great so I thought I would try the same, so I removed the back rest which is a pain because of loctite, after that I removed my sundowner seat and took the rider's pillion off of the stock seat and made it a solo seat then placed it on the bike and put one of the saddle bag's back on, I thought the bike looked great(sorry Mac no picture's) but then I sat down [:@], there's no way I could ride on that seat again, no lower back support, my arm's were strecthed out all the way just trying to hold my upper body wt up, I just couldn't beleive that there was that much of a difference between the two seat's, well now I'm am going to put it back like it came and reinstall the sundowner seat, so my suggestion would be, do yourself's a favor and look into getting another seat, quick. it will inhance the ride on a Heritage by twofold I gaurentee.
Just figgered it was yer "ol' fartness" coming out, not being able to hack a solo seat. And besides putting the pillion on as the driver seat sure must look funny! We's just tryin' not to hurt yer feelin's.
What are you STUPID! That bike looks silly anyway, and I cant imagine a seat helping it at all, so why waste the money and the time to tell other people about something that most could careless about.
