She's the toughest lady I know rode 5+ hours in pouring rain with me going over a mountain from Virginia to West Virginia with me last year. Didn't bitch either. Fog/Rain was so dense an hour and half ended up taking over 5. It wasn't warm either...

Own a 97 heritage classic, and a 09 RKC. The wife definitely likes long trips in the heritage over the RK . Even with stock seat, pad and pegs.

Guess what IT IS GREAT!!!! I prefer the Heritage personally to the Road King 2 up or any other way. Just tighten the shocks for 2 up and your fine. Though I would share my experience.

my wife likes the Heritage over the Road King. She sits up higher and straddles my waist vs my rear end.

I know all too well about the tough ones. My late GF took this picture in February 2019, temps were in the high 20's and you can clearly see the snow on the ground. It was her idea to take the bike to
grab lunch, when we finally arrived, we climbed off, she looked at me and said, "yeah ok, not one of my brightest ideas. Miss that girl to the moon and back.
