I say you should get 16" apes if you are that tall. I am only 5'9" and I ahve 16"'s and they are great. www.wild1.inc.com

16 on mine i'm only 5/8 so go alittle tller on risers my riser are only 1 inch
my arms are straight out maybe a little higher

At your height (6'4"), I would put LA Choppers 16" Apes. I saw a guy's FXST with them and it looked really good. To go with 12" at your height, you may be coming back for a bit more height. Check those out in the Drag Specialties Fatbook.

Might try the HD street slammers. They are a drag type bar with some pullback. I have an extra set if you want to buy them.

I am 5' 10" and just posted the same question a few weeks ago. I ended up being all worried about getting wild1's or Carlini. My head was spinning from all the great advice. But in the end it is your ride. Don’t fall for the brand name. Go find a dealer or bike builder and sit on some with different sizes. Check out all of the different widths and pullbacks and buy the one that feel the best. Good Luck!!

I think im going to go for wild 1 501's or equivilent. Apes sound great but i think i wont enjoy them as much in the twisties. I'm shure i'll get some apes in the future. It wouldnt be a harley if i didn't have crome parts laying around.
