I talked with Heartland yesterday and they have a horizontal side mount for the tag that uses the passenger footpeg hardware for mounting (This fits the Rocker and the passenger footpeg is still functional for the passenger). Different versions include:
[ul][*]Choice between chrome & black.[*]One with built in tag, run, & brake light.[*]One in just the frame with external LED (attached to the belt guard) that lights only the tag from above.[/ul]I asked them about any options for a vertical mount and they said the vertical ones they currently have will not fit because of the larger swingarm of the Rocker. At this time they have no plans for a vertical mount design for the Rocker.
i seen the kuriakin side mounter on a cross bones, looks like you could swap the clamp for a smaller one and that might work
thats one of the first thing on the list to do that stock plate is terrible
