Default RE: wider beach bars

I went with the burley bikini beach bars, 1" risers and used the stock cables....
I did chop about 1" off each side of the bars.....now to me anyway they are just right.

IndigoBlue;
How bout sportin' some pics of your bike?
Beach bars are on my list too and I am questioning should I go 36" or 39' wide. I am 6'1" and changed my seat to the Heritafe/Springer so I can sit back a little more and stretch out.
Thanks in advance for the pics. Also...PM me about your bars. Pics and price if ya got'em.
Thanks; Tim

Hey Tim, sorry it took so long to get back with some info.

I looked at my service reciept and the clutch and idle cables were 34 inches. still trying to find the length of the brake, I beleive it was a +4 extension.

Sweet ride ya got there Tim, where did ya get your seat and about how much did it move you back? I am 6'2. I just addedHarley Goodies floorboard extensions and this week. I'll add the 11/4 forward HD floorboards extensions this week.

Beach Bars wouldlooksweet on yourbike.... with the beach bars I am selling, youwon't need to purchasecable extensions, however if you went with the Burley Beach Bar that is 38.5 inces wide and 15 3/4 pullback you will need cable extensions.
I chose HD Diamondback lines and have been very happy with both their looks and performance.....performance meaning, the brakes are crisp not spongylike they come from the HD factory.

Pics are coming soon. My Daughters the one with the camera.

Jerry
