Looks good and thanks for the correction on the wires.
See if you can tak another pic of the bike from the side with the bars straight and a 2X4 under the jiffy stand.
I think it would be interesting tosee how much difference there is in grip position. I think mine are about as low as you can get without being a drag bar and yours look like about as high as you can go with the stock bars.

Here's mine from the side, took it yesterday, before the rain started.

i put the same risers on my custom as well and the only line that u have to replace is the break line ans stated. how ever the trottle cables get a little tight when you turn the bars all the way to the right. it worked but i really did not like it. so i replace them and the clutch cable as well.

Rocky 28- I think that might be why my throttle cables are on the back side of the bars now, but it hasn't caused any problems, they dont hit the tank or anything. Did you go with the Braided replacements? That would be a good reason to change them whether they need it or not. Those Rinehart's really do look awesome on your scooter, I'm jealous big time. I am still stuck with the Screaming Eagle slip ons that I took the baffles out and cut them in half and put some of those big city thunder baffles up in the headpipes. It sounds like a Harley now, but I still crave some Rineharts. I like those ones that cross over each other. But alas I do construction and I have to wait for better days to come around. Heres my favorite Pic of the scooter.

Gotta get some dogbone risers. Just did a 200 mile day, and one the highway, I just can't lean back and get straight without them. All hunched over, and really not comfy. Could do apes, but don't have the bread. I might be able to find some cheaper dogbones around here for someone. But I gotta do something. And yes, the ness forward control extnsions are next. After that, no issues at all with running the expressway. I just gotta remember to take some earplugs. Or get an ipod, or something similar.

justdave. yes i went with the breaded cables for all of my lines. i had them all put on becouse i did a 103 on my scoot and thought that sence it was all read ripped apart what the heck. plus it was easier to do them at the time anyway and the cable did complet the bars as well and i love the looks of them. and by the way nice scoot u got there as well. and u will love the rineharts to they sound very very good

What are Dogbone risers Stretchman? I know what your taking about not being able to lean back, the slotted ones will sure fix that issue for you. The foward control extensions are also on my list but they are behind the Rineharts. Have you tried just laying your bars down a bit? That brought me some relief until I saved up the pennies for the risers.

I have them back as far as I can without dropping them. With the retro seat on the highway I was using the fingertips to hold on. I need them back maybe an inch or 2. If I dropped them, then I would lose whatever I got by making them too low. Being tall is the problem.

I have seen the ness kit for about 160 on EBAY.

BTW, my mistake on dogbones, when they should be called pullbacks. Dog bones have clamps on both sides.
