Put these on my low rider. They're low profile & give me better vision to the rear. About $100.00 from Frantic Custom Cycles.
Covered the wires with shrink tube andthe wiringruns down behind the headlight to connect to the old signal wiring. Pretty clean & really like them.

I have the same type (kuryakyn). They are BRIGHT. As with any LED, you'll have to get a load equalizer. I put my equalizerbehind the nacelle. Mine came with chrome-like wireing covers, but they do not hide the wires unless you were to drill the handlebars. The mirror itself is smaller than the HD ones and hard to adjust unless you have tools with you.
There's been some discussion about load equalizers before and it seems that some bikes need one, others don't. I was able to cut off the existing lights and wire in directly to the lines. Have had no problems at all (so far) - been running with them for a couple of months & everything seems to be OK. Go figure????
Kind of a late follow-up to this... finally getting some funds together to pick up a set.
Exactly how hard / what's involved in wiring in a set of these? How far do you have to route the wires (disassemble the bike) to make the connections? Any tips er tricks?
thanks all,
Rando
Got the Kuryakyn concave ones on my 99, and really like em'.
Definitely cleaned up the front end.
Much less obtrusive looking, and brighter too with the L E D's as opposed to the bulbs.
Great mod.
Better idea.
I emailed biketronics http://www.biketronics.com/about the need for an equalizer. They replied, If you are only changing your front directionals with LED'sa load equalizer is not necessary but, if you are changing both front and rear directionals with LED's a load equalizer is necessary. FWIW.
