Default Rejetting??

Is it something I can do or is it better left to the Pros?? Looking to up grade my Pipes and AC and need to rejet my 06 heritage. I think I could do it but don't know what kit to go with. Any good jet kits out there? Tell me where to start.

This may be a stupid question, but does the '06 have a carb, or fuel injection? I was under the impression they were injected. Anyhow, probably the best bet for jets would be to start with the stage one set and see how it does. And yes, it is fairly easy to do, but should be better explained by someone that has done more than one as I may leave something important out.
