Default Front wheel change question......

For those that have changed the front 21" wheel on their Softails from laced spokes to a Thunderstar or other similar tubeless wheel, does your bike ride different/better?

I think mine seems a little "stiffer." If that makes sense- it doesn't feel like the front flexes as much on bumps. Here's a look at the front wheel HD Reaper 21".

Only had about 600 miles on the stock spokes before I put the thunderstar on. Honestly cant tell a difference.

Shouldn't be much of a difference at all IF your spokes are all tightened and the wheel is true other than being mildly stiffer. Of course, once your spokes get a little lose there is a huge difference. Have changed out all my spoke wheels throughout the years, just much easier and one less thing to deal with.

I think mine looks way better, rides better (however I put new wheels & new Avon tires on at the same time), also much easier to clean.
