Just a myth...Ive never had an issue with the solid wheels or my new wheels. Like said, if its windy its windy, youll get blown around either way.

FATBOYUSA,

I WAS lovin my radio. I recently had to install a set of pullback risers to bring the bars up and back toward me, but a the cost of losing the radio. I am trying to get a friend of mine to mill me a new adapter plate so I can put it back on.

I have the solid wheel andyou may in certain situatuions feel it but it has not been a problem for me. It is low on my list of upgrades if I ever do it.

I personally feel that it's an 'Urban Legend' RideFree692.

When it's windy enough to blow you around on your Fat Boy...all the other bikesare getting blown around as well!

Get that Fat Boy...you'll never regret it!
