I have a Corbin classic solo with detachable pillion that is new it was only removed from the box to check fitment on a softail with wide tire kit and the put back in the box because it didnt sit right on the wider fender. I paid $579.00 + shipping for it from custom chrome and will sell it for$425.00 shipped in u.s.a. I cant recall the part numbers but its the plain black leather not the one with chrome studs.
The meancity clycle seat on night train is very comfortable for the money. stock being a 4 in comfort on long ride, meancity being a 7. keeps me further back in seat too which i like. However, nothing has been better than the day-long seat. this seat is a 10. at first when i got it, i felt like i was sliding forward. with warranty, you just send it back and adjustment is free. you can ride all day with no problems.
I have a harley skull embroidered in it and passenger seat to match. Day long, uses springs inside seat. the seat is a little large, but with custom embroider it looks good. I dont know anyone there, just think it is the best seat I have had. If curious, start a thread about it. see what responses you get.
I use the BeadRider beads for my stock seat. They are very comfortable and provide additional airflow between the bottom and the seat which eliminates hotspots. This last year's Iron Butt Rally (11000 miles in 11 days) over 50% of the riders used the BeadRider. They are very inexpensive for their comfort advantage. Check them out at Beadrider.com
