the 08 frame is the same frame as the cross bones and the 07 is not....
the 06-07 NT are the same the 08 is the newer frame.
I know because the I was at the dealer looking to use the cross bones seat and the parts dept called harley to find out and they said it only fits 08 and newer trains
I dont buy that even if what you say is true. Sounds like a line of crap. Ive never heard of the frames being different on any of the new softails, just the swingarm/fenders. Anyone wanna confirm this?

I just checked with a couple of guys at dealers I know pretty well, and they both said they know of no differences in the '07 & '08 NT frames?...for what it's worth...
there is no real differnce in the 08 and the 07 just very small things and the frames are not differnt a guy i work with has an 08 and my bike is a 07 and they are identical beside one and other and we looked at the frames they are the same.As for the sit not fitting we tried and we could put my sit on his and his fit on my bike.
