That bike is nice! I like the fender a lot, maybe just a little "shorter" for me. Are those stock bars on your bike or aftermarket? If so, what kind?

I looked into the heartland fender swap, but I thought it was really expensive. Was I missing something?

I swaped out my bob tail for a fat boy on my 07 train. i bought a used fender on Ebay for $100 and then I filled the taillight hole and painted it denim black to match.

Cdogg44, thanks for the comps. The bars are stock but changed the stock 6 inch risers to 4 inch hidden bolt from demon cycles. I think my rear fender with light and wire harness was just over $700. Sawzall not included.

I swapped the fenders (both) from an '06 Fatboy onto my '02 Night Train. Took about an hour. It woulda taken less, but I had to slightly modify the taillight harness- the FB's light needs longer wires, as it's lower on the fender. If I'd gotten the FB wire harness, the whole job woulda been about a half hour.

Got the DBO rear fender from HOGPRO, got it painted and did the install. All for 500$!

So Cal, I almost got that fender. Looks good. Ended up with the strutless. Ever consider slamming the rear end? I lowered mine 2 inches front and rear.
