oil tank over flow

Default oil tank over flow
when I run the bike for awhile the oil tank fills up. It smells like gas. Any ideas ??

The bike has how many miles on it?
The bike must have a problem with the feed valve on the pump. My estimate is that you run an evo engine with an external pump.
Let me know, it could be a very serious problem if left unfixed

thanks for responding....... it is a 1998 80 cubic inch ( i assume an evo) with 10k miles. if it is the feed value, where is it ????
