Default Rear wheel size

As most of you know my 2003 FXSTI comes with an 16" rear spoke wheel. I just put on a 80 spoke up front. I am hoping someone out there has a picture of an 80 spoke rear on a standard. I am thinking that 80 spoke on a 16 inch rim is going to look to clustered, so I was considering going 18" 80 spoke rear with a low profile tire. Will this fit? My other concern is that I have my Bike lowered 1" so will the 18" wheel raise my bike? I am hoping it does not, so that i can still reach the floor.
Thanks
