the wheel looks good. I like matching wheels front and back, or a solid on the back and custom on the front. I would think about doing the forks and removing the reflectors.
Looks nice. I don't know if I would bother changing the rear. The disc brake covers almost the entirety of the rim. Maybe put it on a low priority upgrade list.

After looking at the pic for a few minutes I realized that "shelling out" another $1,000+ for the rear wheel would be a waste; especially since the rotor & pully cover most of it. BTW what's the best way to remove the front fork reflectors...fishing line?
I just pulled mine off with my fingers. There is a layer of white foam with adhesive under it that gets left behind, but you can use Goo Gone and somemanual laborto remove it. I've heard that a heat gun works, but I don't have one.

Thats why you get it with a matching pulley and rotor. Just my opinion, but i like matching wheels. Front looks good though
Ditto, on doing the matching pulley and rotor it really opens up the rear end and looks great. But, it is alot more money.
Fishin line works great for removing the reflectors, make sure the bike is parked outside and in the sun though, they need to be warm.

Is your back wheel/rim the same as the front or did you just change the rotor & pulley to match the front. BTW, I did get the matching rotor for the front (not seen in pic).
Edit: NVM, I just noticed that you have the stock rotor...
