might not have to change anything. depends on the bars also..are u changing them? if so u have to allow for the extra height. eg.. i instyalled 16 inch bars with 1 1/2" risers and went 6 inches over stock on all cables.

I just installed a set of Pullback Risers - 1 1/2" inch set back - 4" inch rise. I didn't change the handlebars and was able to use the stock cables after slight adjustments to them, BUT if I wanted to push the bars as high as they will go I would need a couple inches on cables.
